❤️💚💙💛 50 years Microsoft! “From a computer on every desk in every home to a computer in the #Cloud and #AI in every service”. Starting with the Altair 8800 the IBM PC to Windows 95 that introduced the start menu & task bar towards Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 11 and now #Windows365 - making Windows available everywhere, from the Cloud via the Windows App and our new Windows 365 Link. I’m lucky to be part of this journey for the last ~7 years with our amazing team. One of the most found memories was last year, presenting about the history of Windows in front of of 2000 people during Experts Live Netherlands with an physical IBM + Copilot+ PC on stage. Last week, I was in our Microsoft Archive building in Redmond. Collecting some old memories. Here’s to another 50 of innovations and relevant technology years!
